UPDATE: I FINALLY RECIEVED THE NEW HOSE AND THE CHINSTRAP IN THE MAIL ! IT TOOK 7 DAYS TO GET TO ME BUT I GOT IT THANKS ADVOCARE . SINCERELYThey said they were going to mail me a new hose but they've not done it at all and I've been unable to use my cpap machine . They also told me I would have to pay 23.00 for a chin strap when it was covered by my insurance. They said they would mail me that as well I've not seen any package

I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating. The friendliness of the staff made it a great experience. Everyone, especially Andrea, were helpful, kind, experienced, and genuinely seemed to care. Thank you all!!!!!!!

Jesus is so patient and so helpful - the staff here are so friendly and put up with all my 1st-timer CPAP concerns.They were able to help me today at no notice and fix an issue to get me on my way to a business flight. Great service - thank you!!
