I want to start out by saying that I have been around the block as far as dealing with vets over the years. I'm 60 years old and I've had dogs all my life. I have a little Jack Russell and this is my fourth one over the past 20 plus years. I live by myself and this little dog is my companion that stays with me 24 seven never leaving my side. I'm a new customer at this vet and was referred by a close friend and only have visited them one time. A couple of weeks ago early in the morning Flossie Mae did not want to eat. I brought my pup in to see Dr Borgmann after moving here in the Fall. He was so caring, thorough, and took more time than any vet has before. We walked in without an appointment several months later with facial swelling and Dr. Borgmann worked us in. He also saw us first thing the next morning when the symptoms did not resolve. He was never rushed and never made us feel like he didn't have time. Our pup is feeling much better now and we are so pleased we have found a wonderful vet!

Dr. Borgman is a great vet and a wonderful addition to this practice. He listens to your concerns carefully and communicates information very clearly and effectively. He clearly cares very much for the animals he sees and is kind.
