He was very knowledgeable about Tesla and other brands of EV charging units. Making an appointment was easy and timely. His firm uses a very easy and hi-tech system to communicate exactly the scope and nature of the work to be done, what it will cost, with thorough follow-up invoicing, payment, and receipt processing. Had a possible electrical emergency occur while working on a clients home. Antonio was fast to answer my call, arrived on site quickly, and fixed the issue for me and our client on his first trip. He communicated during the entire transaction and was professional along the way. Highly recommend.
Best electric company in Triad area. I got my Tesla charger installed and working perfectly. There is an inspection need to be done after installation. I couldn’t make it home and wait during working hours. Antonio came to my house again and take care the inspection. Highly recommended :)
