They say they'll deliver on time, and then do not, making the entire project wait for them (happened twice). Also, when they finally did deliver, they completely tore up our yard and compromised all pipes underneath the soil on which they drove a very heavy forklift. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Spent several weeks trying to pick out a set of French doors. I was very clear about what I wanted and after going through several iterations of determining the correct size, I finally ordered the door. It is completely not as expected and looks nothing like the model door that they have in the store. There is big molding around the window panes that is not supposed to be there. Also the dimensions are off by 3/8” so it would not even fit in the space even if we decided to use it. I would not put this cheap looking door in my house. They refuse to take the door back even though it is not as ordered. Hopefully I am saving some people the trouble of getting in...read full review

Probably the absolute WORSE place to buy lumber in TRIAD area. 40% higher than local box stores, poor quality service. NOT sure how the stay in business unless its all by "credit"
