They are not sanitize they have roaches, literally roaches is swimming in the water, Where you get your feet done and I think I have a wart on my finger from getting my nails done. The worst experience me, and my friend had at any nail salon would not recommend anyone to go here. They need to call the health department. terrible customer service bad attitudes. It was my second time coming here and Yen did great work last time. This time however I was left a little underwhelmed as my nail art is not precise & clean. Compared to the picture they are close for sure but they did not fulfill my expectations. Personally I think they are great for simple nail designs and stickers but not a great place for designs.

I've been to this location before in the past and the service was decent. On 02/18/2023 six nail technicians where available and present to do both my and wife's nails. The sign on the door stated walk-ins welcome but when we entered the facility instead of someone greeting us, they asked us what we wanted and started debating about who would do the job. Several of them flat out said no and it appeared that no one was going to assist us and no one did. I'm not sure what type of business is able to survive while turning down business.
