They do a good job with nail shape and execution. However, when I left last night I informed them that the color I asked for is not what I got. They said come back in the morning at 9am and we will fix it and make it look like the one you picked out. I show up at 845. Wait for 9 and I still hadn’t seen anyone come in or turn on the open sign. Around 905 I called. They said oh can you wait until 930, running late, I said I specifically told you guys that it would have to be at 9am because of my work schedule. Best mani pedi I have ever had! I had a nice gentleman do my nails and he gave me the most relaxing leg/foot and arm/hand massage!! Plus it's been a week since my gel mani pedi and both still look good as new. Thank you! I will be back!

I've been there many times. Most times very satisfied until yesterday. I had a 2:00 appointment got there 10 minutes early and waited for an hour. I proceeded to leave and was questioned why I was leaving. Told her I had an appointment at 2:00 and it was almost three. She informed me that I was late for my appointment, which I was not, and I walked out the door. I don't believe I will go back. All but one of the girls are gentle and do a good job. I hate not to go but if they treat customers that way why do I need to be there?
