“I've had a number or projects Clarks has taken care of for me. From painting, installing doors, and has been taking care of my lawn for 2 years now. Clark's has been fair, and honest. Adam has been dependable and has gone out way to be considerate making sure im not snowed in for flooded. “Friday at 5:30 my a/c quit. I called Call Dad and got an appointment set for Monday. Tech came, found the problem, but had already used that part earlier that day. So he set up appointment for Tuesday. Tech came, replaced part and all was good. After talking with the first tech, John, I learned about Call Dad. I was so impressed I signed up for their bi-annual service plan. I have to say that I was invited outside with John to watch him look for problem. No one else has ever wanted me to watch. How can they replace a good part for a good part if I'm watching? I liked that - honest. So, he didn't have the part. The next day, tech came with the part and fixed my heat pump. No service call charged!!! The last outfit sent his helper to the store twice for parts and I was charged 3, yes, three service calls since his van drove to my house 1. to the store and back 2. to the store and back 3. $225 service charge for one call!
