I had such a wonderful experience at Heart & Sole with Liz! She gave me a full body massage and was so nice and welcoming from the start, Throughout the session she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable which I really appreciated, Her technique was amazing and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed the whole atmosphere was calm and inviting, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Liz if you’re looking for a great massage! 🩷
I will start by saying that I’ve been seeing Liz for 2 years (not as frequent as I’d like) and she is EXCELLENT! She has the best hands ever. She is welcoming, accommodating, and you can def tell she loves what she does. Heart and Sole is a vibe! Relaxing and magical.✨ I always leave feeling light and brand new. If you’re in the Graham area do yourself a favor and check her out. Treat yo self! If you’re not close by I promise it’s worth the drive.
