Recently adopted a puppy and took him to see our Dr. Dr wasnt available so we got to see Dr. Heizer. The pup has some type of allergic reaction to something so he was taken in, met with Dr. Heizer and he quickly dismissed this as bites from being outside. You can clearly see that this pup has itchy patchy hair spots around ankles and knees, Dr Suggested Benadryl would remedy the problem. He didn't even try to look at the pup and dive deeper into the problem. Now the pup still has itchy issues and is patchier than before. Not cool.

Words can never properly convey the love and gratitude that I have for the staff and doctors! I have been a client since they opened many years ago and they have treated all of our pets with the highest concern and professionalism that I have ever experienced.

These physicians and technicians care so much about our pets. They listen and address all concerns in a compassionate manner, making both pets and their people at ease. I am relieved to have them for my pet's wellness and trust them completely!
