We were told our taxes would be completed in august Ayer submitting them at the end of June. I called once a week throughout august and September to try and get a status update/check in and was told my the front desk staff that Dave was too busy and that he didn’t have any availability to schedule a meeting. We receive a letter on October 21st after hearing two weeks prior that our taxes would be completed by the deadline, that now he was no longer going to do them. Very frustrating process with poor communication
I called Dave today to ask about the taxes from selling my home, and he answered all of my questions in 2 minutes over the phone. Thank you!!
Dave and staff were nothing short of professional and helpful. I had reason to call/email/bug them a few times this tax season and got prompt responses, their patience, and guidance, as I was navigating uncharted territory.If you aren't comfortable handling your own taxes, there's no other place to go than to Dave & co.
