Kristin was willing to look at my hair after a unfortunate experience at a newer pricey salon. She was so kind and professional. I felt she understood what I wanted, and saw what was done poorly. She made me feel so much better with what she was able to fix now and she was so helpful with suggestions and a plan going forward.She is awesome!

I love going there every body is so friendly there I just love everything about the place ,the service, the atmosphere. And I do say that I am always happy with my hair. I just can't say enough about the Charm Salon.
