I will never use any other company except for Terminix. Unlike other companies the products they use actually kills the pests instead of just feeding them. Also, their employees are very knowledgeable and thorough. I first met Brandon who did the initial inspection to see what services were needed. He was indeed someone who was very informative as well as a very polite individual. Then I met the David, the one who does the spraying. Not only was he also polite and informative he was also thorough and made sure that he hit every single area that he needed to making sure that my dogs couldn't be affected by any of the chemicals. I needed a termite inspection for a home I was selling. From the first day I contacted Terminix of Goldsboro it was a smooth experience and transaction. Chris Lyon was the first representative I met. He was very precise with his inspection and highly knowledgeable about the products they offer as well as all the other inspectors who came out after Chris. I felt very comfortable discussing my needs with them and they were very accurate with recommendations.
