When they come, they do a good job. The difficulty is getting them to call you. My wife and I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and we still have not received a call back. In one message I even said, "I don't mind if you don't have an answer to my question; please give me a call anyway." Nothing. Again, when they come they do good work. It's the communication that's sub par.*************************Received a call and a visit since this post. Friendly service. Hopeful that communication will improve going forward.
