Absolutely amazing. Another company that been checking on my system claimed I had a leak and said it would be $4k for a quick repair or almost $12k for a brand new system which they were pushing for. Called Cunningham a few days later to get another opinion and they had someone come the same day. They were very good and checking step by step. Ended up repairing and everything for just under $800 and they found the other company's mistake. Call Cunningham for your A/C and Heating needs. Honest, Fair, and hardworkers. I greatly appreciate the work they did.

I called Cunningham after having an issue with a different company and a friend referred me to Cunningham. Mr Cunningham came out late the next day showed me where the leak is and I mentioned what the other company said. Mr Cunningham was showing me a totally different area from what I was told before. I asked about the other location and he showed me where that is on the unit as well as the mulch around that area. He stated that to him it didn’t look like anyone had moved any mulch but that he wouldn’t say the other company didn’t check that area. Mr Cunningham was very knowledgeable, friendly and I recommended his company.

A/C went out on Friday evening ? so I called Cunningham Heating and Cooling first thing Monday morning. With our recent heatwave I was hoping to get on a service call list sometime in the next few days. Within a couple of hours Philip Cunningham was standing in my yard assessing the problem. This young man was very professional and a blessing to talk to. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour we had a cool house so the wife was happy. I strongly suggest this business to anyone.
