“I was looking for a local plumber to install a new kitchen faucet for me and wanted 3 quotes, Jason at Commercial 1 was quick to respond with what I thought was a fair estimate, we scheduled the install, he was on time (early actually) and a fast worker. He also addressed two other questions I had, at no extra charge. When you talk to Jason over the phone you can hear the smile in his voice, he is a very friendly person, and a fast worker, I will use him for any plumbing concerns moving forward, and I would recommend him if you need a plumber!“

“I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. He told me if we just patch it, it's a matter of time before the whole system would fail. I'm so glad I got ahold of him. he was very professional and knowledgeable.
