We have used Roland Black for about 30 years and they have always been kind, courteous, punctual and efficient. Justin repaired our AC unit today and he was great. He took the time to discuss the repairs with us and gave us some helpful advice. Even our dog liked Justin!!
Highly recommend. Air went out Friday morning, before work. Service tech at my house shortly after I got home from work. Went under the house and came out with options. Our unit was 11 yrs old and from picture he had taken , in bad shape. Within a few hrs sales came out to give us options for replacement. Calling the office for finance options during the process. Helped my husband get a window unit out of the attic to keep us cool for the night. 8am Saturday morning, the installers were here getting started replacing everything. Leaving a review for my Parents especially for my Mom, Dina. Kellen, Dylan, Jake, Justin & the rest of the Roland Black crew really did such an amazing job on my Furnace & A/C today, especially Kellen & Dylan yesterday coming out and explaining us everything and see what was going on plus Payment Options. Fact is, our Unit was extremely old that it was technically considered a Hazard & a whole lot of Safety Violations fit only to be a Condemned House if it were to be sold in the later future… even a slight CO2 Leak that could’ve taken us all out while we were asleep or something but hey, my Parents bought this house in 1991 As-Is back then so we all... read full review
