I have been going to Rapid Cash for the past 12 years to do my taxes, I will never go anywhere else but here, the people are very friendly, always smiling. for 12 years I have always had Rhonda Goodman to do my taxes, she is so nice and friendly always smiling. I love to see her every year, I will never let anyone else do my taxes but her.. if I could give her 100 stars I would..

I've been a customer for over 10 years and I feel like my business is under appreciated, I asked to get a copy of my actual 2020 tax return and lady said they could not do that until my taxes come back, she said and I quote they have to make sure they get paid. For a place thats had my business for the past decade, I feel like it gets worse every year , Mike the owner is great and so is his wife , good holsome people but those are who won my business I don't think I'll be back next year unless him or his wife does my return. Update I've spoken with Marilyn about my issues and she has totally reassured my confidence in this company sorry for the miscommunication
