A few weeks ago I gave Pinnacle Home Comfort a call to setup an appointment to have our entire HVAC system replaced. Not only did I want the system replace, I also wanted the compressor unit relocated from the back of the house to the side of the house, to which they agreed to do. This would move the unit out of our backyard and away from the master bedroom. The two technicians they sent out were extremely professional and polite. They cleaned up any of the mess that was made and kept me updated on the progress as they worked. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Home Comfort for any service they provide based on the professionalism they displayed installing my HVAC system. Thank you guys!
I came home to no heat after work. After checking the obvious I decided to call Pinnacle Home Comfort. The owner answered and when I told him my situation he said “Let me grab a truck and I’ll be right there.” He shows up less than 30 minutes after we hung up and greets us and asks where the unit is. We show him and he trouble shot the system and pinpointed the problem. He got us back up and running and we were very pleased with the service we received. How many companies can you call and the owner walk out on a hot supper to come help you. Pinnacle Home Comfort is one of those companies. Professional, fast response, good price point for the work. Quality work for sure. Don’t hesitate to call them. It will not be a mistake.
So, we had a water main leak. Called Rich and less than 30 minutes later he was at the house to shut the water off. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. They came out the very next day to do the repair and let me know an additional part was needed to complete the repair. Unfortunately, the pipe bursts again before we got get the additional part we needed. Again, Rich was out in less than 30 minutes to shut the water off. They completed the new repair (covered under warranty), as well as adding the additional part needed today and worked with me on the price seeing as how we had just did a repair that same day. Would highly recommend. I was also listening to Rich and how he talked to his guys was so professional and genuinely through with teaching them and instructing them. Wonderful service from the whole team.
