My husband loves this place! He was looking for something different than a gym and heard of the Muay Tai Kick-boxing classes. He was worried that his age would be an issue so he took a few private lessons then tried a free group class...he has been hooked every since. The evening classes are diverse and turned out to be perfect for his fitness goals and a great outlet for PTSD! The owners and staff truly love what they do and spread good vibes!

We were looking for place to send our 7 year old for the summer (the previous year we chose the Y and he hated it). A coworker recommended NC Budo and we took the leap. We made the best choice, he got in the car after the first day with a beaming smile and the greatest things to say. This continued throughout the whole summer. They went to so many places and did so many things, and the fact that they also got to learn/practice karate-it was great!! We won’t be able to attend this summer because we’re moving, but if we could we’d spend every summer here, thank you so much for taking such great care of my son!
