So kind~ I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now. I can’t say I’ve ever been treated poorly. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Before my mother passed in February, I would bring her to the salon with me. She was in terrible pain due to cancer. They were so gentle with her and understanding of what she was going thru. My mom had some bad experiences at other salons. She quickly adopted Lucky Nail Spa as her place. When you have a mom in a situation like hers, it truly makes a difference when they are showed compassion and kindness.

I’ve been coming here regularly since the salon opened. I got a fresh full set 3 weeks ago. When I went in today, two had lifted a decent amount off of my natural nail. This shouldn’t happen the first fill in. The tech (younger guy) said he would fix it. No mention that this was a repair fee. He asked if I wanted to just do a fresh set and I declined because I didn’t want to pay for a full set when I just paid for it last time. He removed the loose pieces of acrylic by just snapping it off down about 1/4 down the nail and fills when he fills the rest. All was fine. When he sanded them down, he sanded so thin, it’s almost to my natural nail- completely defeating...read full review
I have tried several nail salons after moving to the Gastonia area and none have compared to Lucky Nails. I have used several different technicians and each one has been excellent. I finally found my nail salon!
