I chose this location off of client photos and because it was walking distance from my work. I do not regret this decision!I was scheduled with Logan. She messaged me about an earlier time slot and I jumped on it of course.I told her what I wanted, and she was honest with me that because of the extent of my hair damage (years of breakage from a bad at-home bleach treatment) that she did not feel it was safe for my hair to try that and she recommended a different color that I did not want. I didn't want to be difficult, but she was so kind and came up with a happy middle for me that I absolutely love. Lucy DOES perform miracles!!! My horrible grey hair is beautiful and blonde now. Lucy us the first stylist who had colored my hair that didn't have to use a toner dye to the color turning out orange. I was amazed! The salon itself had a relaxed atmosphere and I'll definitely be back repeatedly!!

I wasn't too thrilled with this salon. I decided to leave my water bottle in the car because all the salons I've been to in the past have offered beverages, at least water. I assumed (always a bad idea) that since I was clearly pregnant, it was more likely I'd be offered water. I wasn't offered anything. I let the hair stylist know I had somewhere to be 5 hours from my appointment time and assumed (I have a bad habit of doing so) that I had allowed plenty of time. My hair appointment lasted over 4 hours but the process was rushed. All the while, water from the ceiling dripped on my leg. My hair came out okay.
