I was a walk-in and Tyler was booked but asked me to return later that day. I didn't know what I wanted and left it up to him. He cut all the dead ends and shaped my hair up. Left looking like a older version of Jennifer Anniston. I was very pleased and shocked that he left my hair so long. Even with no limits on what he could do, did not go scissor happy.
