Unfortunately I was not numb at multiple times during my procedure. However doctor and hygienist were caring and compassionate, administering more numbing medication every time, even giving me 10 minutes to collect myself at one point due to the pain. The procedure took over 4 hours due to complications. This was by far the most painful experience in my life however everyone did everything they could every time the pain returned to make me comfortable. As much as I am dreading the pain I am looking forward to finishing the remaining procedures to regain my healthy smile.
Dr M & Brittany made me feel extremely comfortable considering I was full of anxiety and helped guide me through each step that I would need to take and was so helpful. I know I will enjoy this dentistry. Thankful for the kindness they all showed me.
My first time going to Gastonia Family Dentistry was a very nice, friendly visit besides having a tooth pulled. Dr. Briggs was fantastic! The whole staff were very kind, knew what they were talking about. I will be a patient there from now on. Thank you for the type of dentist office you provide.
