Dr pearman is the best vet ! I recommend her 100 out of 10! However the business itself lost my respect when they stopped approving prescriptions for chewy and petsmart pharmacy directly and started requiring us to mail in prescriptions which can take up to a month to get meds , simply because they want to push us to the practices online pharmacy or in vet pharmacy which is often twice the cost ! We have done this for years and suddenly they refuse to do it ! If not for our amazing vet and my trust in her i would have left to a new practice when they started that!
Recently took my fiancee 's dog in for an emergency check up. The staff was all very caring and courteous. They got us in quickly and the veterinarian was beyond helpful and do a thorough job checking him out. Even though it was devastating news and not what we wanted to hear, the compassion that the Vet and staff showed was stellar. We couldn't be more thankful for the grace Boozie was shown and us as we grieved.
Love the vets who take care of my dog. They are kind and caring and answer all my questions. They have done both her surgeries without issues, treated ear infections, and were very sympathetic when I had to put down my boy 3 years ago. It's never easy but they were very caring at the time.
