I waited 2 hours on the phone to get in touch with someone and they never answered. I called back this morning the lady I talked too was rude and hung up in my face. The people working up front are rude and suck at customer service.

Extremely rude office staff. They keep messing up my insurance billing and overcharging me and then going back on what they originally tried to charge me. I still need to look into the charges as they aren’t transparent and wouldn’t give me an itemized bill when I originally asked for one.

Moved to this location when my doctor did. Loved him. When he retired they gave me another and loved her. But the office staff is awful! Canceled my appointment when I confirmed. Always rude from day one. Even talked to my original doctor about it and he agreed and he did not like them either. My last experience on the phone was icing on the cake. I was done! Like most of the other reviews people have left about staff!
