Friendly, quick service. In my network so the benefits were good. No high pressure for " doo-dads" or upsales. Glasses were ready in half an hour!!! Free pair of computer readers which are great! My bifocals are OK - the distance vision is very good, reading portion just so-so. I like my frames. I got low-end Polycarbs so they are a little heavy, but for the price I paid with insurance I can't gripe much. I like the one year guarantee on the frames. I'll probably be back again. I liked the place- especially since it is in newtwork.

Jessica at the Gastonia store was incredible! I came in from out of town and damaged my glasses on the way down. I called the store and she said come down we can try and fix them. Well she fixed them and told me about a special ( because they were a bit old lol). So I purchased two pairs of glasses and they were done while I waited in record time! ( 18 minutes for both pairs!) Her help and kindness was amazing! Definitely worth the trip to come down and get glasses here! Will by my new place for that! Thank you so much! ??Mike
