“This dentist is fantastic! I've recently moved to Gastonia, and because of life stuff I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in about 18 months. I am very particular about who is sticking sharp objects in my mouth. After reading other reviews and seeing that they had been in business for almost 100 years, I figured I'd give it a try. Their appointment making process was easy. I am super impressed with the professionalism and the overall comfortable atmosphere of the office. My hygienist, Dawn, was lovely and compassionate. They didn't try to up sale me on night guards or ridicule my dental hygiene habits. They genuinely care about your oral health and suggest the best options so you can keep your chompers in the best condition. I currently am a cash patient, not having any insurance yet, and they worked with me to stay within the parameters of what would be affordable at the moment. I feel like I've won the dentist lotto!“

“Dr. DeLong is the absolute best! I was very nervous going in, he made sure to calm my nerves and walk me through the whole process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. He was very gentle and kind. Even called me the night after the surgery to make sure everything was going okay and to see if I have any issues or questions. I have never ever ever went to a dentist or surgeon that actually cared and took their time before Dr. DeLong. Any time I need facial or oral surgery, I will be going back! The best of the best! Oh and his assistants? Literal angels. The sweetest girls ever. Go see them for all your needs!“

“Unfortunately I was not numb at multiple times during my procedure. However doctor and hygienist were caring and compassionate, administering more numbing medication every time, even giving me 10 minutes to collect myself at one point due to the pain. The procedure took over 4 hours due to complications. This was by far the most painful experience in my life however everyone did everything they could every time the pain returned to make me comfortable. As much as I am dreading the pain I am looking forward to finishing the remaining procedures to regain my healthy smile.“

“My experience was great. I went in, got X-rays done and was told I needed a deep cleaning. I figured this because it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist due to not having insurance. I’ve never had a deep cleaning before so I was a bit worried. Getting numb was the worst part but I swear Dr. Sunny was as gentle as he could be given the situation. I’ve never been numbed that well before. Dr. Sunny was thorough , he put my mind at ease and I believe I found my dentist from here on out! The staff are also very warm and friendly with great bedside manner.“
