I was in the market for a truck. I saw Courage Kia had exactly what I wanted. Even though I’m 3 1/2 hours from their dealership I got on the phone and spoke to Nick. After speaking to him and sharing what I was trading he put a deal together that I couldn’t find any where in my area. He then introduced me to Faye telling me she would be my sales person moving forward but if I needed anything just let him know. Faye and I talked and she got all my paperwork together for purchase and delivered my truck to my door step. I can’t say how impressed I was with the whole process. James and Z were amazing helps to walking me through buying a car from Kia. They were generous, kind and thorough in all that they did for me. The entire management staff was also wonderful! I love my Kia and I am looking forward to many years of service with them.

Great experience with Chuck! He walked me through the process, explained everything very well due to previous bad experience at a different Kia dealership. Would recommend Kia of Gastonia and Chuck if you’re looking into buying a new Kia!
