I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride and absolutely love it. I worked with John, Edwin and one of finance managers. Each one was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to find the right financing options. They were fair and wonderful to deal with. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have never owned a Kia but they have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend checking them out. The price on vehicle was a great deal and I got a fair price for my trade in. Thanks Edwin and John!

General Manager Anthony at Kia went above and beyond to help in anyway he could - even took me to work so I could be on time as the shuttle was out! He communicated clearly with my husband and I we were very impressed and the kindness goes a long way!

3.5 stars assuming the repair goes well. Communication was poor. Would say they’d call back but didn’t. Would say they’d call in 5 minutes or at a certain time but didn’t. No updates without hounding them. Several days no one answered the phone on the service end. While I understand being understaffed/busy, it made this process more stressful than if they would have communicated appropriately. Had better service/communication with the insurance company which, in my head, should not be the case. Picked a dealership with high hopes…thankful that they fixed my car (hopefully) but I don’t think I’ll be recommending them for service.
