CaroMont Urgent Care - Gaston Day

Front desk ladies were friendly , nurse and xray tech were just as friendly but the PA was horrible. I took my son in for a swollen elbow/ forearm and red and hot to the touch and she said it was "swollen tissue" I asked her about antibiotic and she said no go home and ice it. Woke up this morning and it's swollen even worse and further down his arm. She didn't know what she was talking about and obviously doesn't know how to spot an infection. I am at the hospital with him now to get a real doctor to look at it and take care of my child.

Very sad that 3 receptionist are sitting at the desk with no patients in the lobby & its 7 o’clock & they are chatting & you can tell the lady with the short blonde hair & an attitude didn’t want to do anything. My daughter in law was badly sick & she turned her away because she didn’t have her license or insurance card. Technology today she could have looked it up on the computer but was too lazy & had no sympathy for her.. they had no problem looking her up at Caromont hospital! Caromont urgent care is a joke. Put more qualified receptionist in there that actually care about people.

Appointment at 3:10. Been waiting a minute. They should have separate seating for people that tested positive for Covid. Not with the general public where people's immune system are compromised to begin with or they would not be here. I
