Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every visit. They are very knowledgeable in what they do. It's also very clean and they sanitize the tables after every use. I worked personally with Imiah and she is wonderful.

From the outset, Benchmark exceeded my expectations. My total knee surgery was rescheduled leaving me without a rehab. When I called Benchmark, a few days from my start date, they worked me in without issue. When I arrived for that first appointment, I was welcomed by (what became my family and support system away from home for the next few months). Imiah, Lucy, Gracie, and Jacob were professional, empathetic, and encouraging! Yes Jordan, you get a shout out too for keeping it light. I don't write comments often but this group deserves and has earned my review. I would recommend Benchmark in Hoffman Village, Gastonia to anyone in need of rehab services.
Everyone was so nice and made my time there very pleasant. They started me off easy based on my limits and progressed as my abilities increased. They are very positive and learn their patients. Although I am happy with my time there being complete, it will be bittersweet not having them be a part of my weekly routine. I highly recommend!
