It broke and they fixed it ZFold 4 inner screen was replaced. They did a full diagnostic and also replaced battery's not one but both. I now have a brand old phone with all the functionality of both screens thanks UBreakiFix is A1 in my book

I'm updating my review from 1 star because Gabriel, the owner, contacted me directly and worked diligently in getting my phone replaced. Kudos to you sir for doing the right thing!I took my working phone in to get the cracked screen replaced and left with a broken camera. They said it needs a micro solder repair, they don't do that and to contact Verizon about warranty for my "software issue".I've spent countless hours driving to Verizon, calling a CSR and being transferred multiple times, doing troubleshooting, and eventually a factory reset.
