Wow! Rashea is truly talented! I got the human hair knotless braids with Burmese kinky curly hair back in July. She told me how to care for my hair until my next visit. 6 weeks later, I came back and I LOVE this hairstyle. Its so versatile and manageable. Rashea gives you step by step instructions on how to care for your hair and even suggest products! If I had a question during that Six week period, she was there to walk me through it. I love this hair style and excited that after my touch up appointment my hair looks fresh again and ready to go another 6 weeks!

I love going to the Deluxe Barber Shop because it's like being around family.Everyone is so friendly.My Barber moved away and my daughter introduced me to Travis.I have alopecia so it's hard to cut my hair.Certain places are thin some thick and some bald.Travis knows how to cut my hair so that the thick,thin and bald places even out.You can't even tell l'm bald in some places.He is the third barber that has ever cut my hair to suit me.Many have tried.There were times that l went home and cried after a cut because the barber didn't know how to cut my hair because of the alopecia.I'm happy that Travis knows how.Oh and if your day isn't going right by the time you get to talking and laughing with Travis everything's ok.I've left Deluxe Barber Shop lot's of times crying but it's because Travis and the clients that come in have such a crazy sense of humor.You should try going there That place is good for conversations, laughter and advice.I love it

Great beds and updated bulbs, pricing is the best in all of Gastonia. Staff is nice and understanding of there equipment. Large selection of tanning lotions usually sale priced purchase a bottle or a single use package. My only inconvenience at this time is there hours are only from 12pm to 7pm Monday thru Friday and no weekends. My only day off from work is Thursday that coincides with these hours which hasn't allowed me to reach any type of tan yet but I still give 5 stars because it is now September and summer season is over.
I can't say enough great things about this place. Every one of the staff are very personable, kind and helpful. I spent many years and a lot of money going to Palm Beach Tan, and they can't hold a candle to this place. I would give them six stars if I were able. The beds here are just as good, the hours are way better and their customer service is second to none.

I went here to get a tattoo fixed. I got the tattoo when my mother passed away. They explained that my tattoo was upside down and backwards. The price was fair. The guy doing my tattoo was very helpful and explained everything well. This place looks scary from the outside but it's very clean inside. Great experience.

I had a great experience with Mike from Lytten Locksmith Inc. Mike was called to assist an individual locked inside a condo and unable to open the door when operating the door knob. Mike was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He ended up having to drill out, remove, and replace the existing door lock due to a broken latch assembly. Mike explained what he was doing as he performed the work, and he noted some legacy issues with the door that most likely occurred during the initial door installation. I highly recommend Mike and Lytten Locksmith Inc., should you require the services of a locksmith.

My coworker recommended Gaston Floors as she had a great experience and is still happy with her floors 5 years later. We worked with Jim to learn about what flooring would work best for our kitchen, get some samples, and he helped us get the estimate. He was so great to work with! Our goal was to work with the light gray cabinets we already had so we picked out a dark gray floor to be a nice contrast.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the wrong color and I didn’t notice during installation because it was right after Hurricane Helene and our office had picked up extra work from our western offices. My cats also kept trying to escape my office! So, I didn’t even realize until the end that it was actually a dark brown and not the dark gray. We were upset/frustrated at first, but the more we walked into the kitchen that night the more the dark brown grew on us. The installation was also done very nicely and the quality of the floor is great. That meant we’d have to repaint our cabinets though. I called them in the morning and spoke with Greg and he was willing to do whatever we needed to resolve the issue and was willing to work with us. They offered to come in and install the correct color, but honestly we were willing to keep the brown and he offered a discount. I think what could have prevented this was if the installers verified the color they were picking up at the store and/or verified with me before installing.
It’s ok that mistakes were made, it happens, what matters to me is how the issue was resolved. And Greg was willing to do whatever we requested as the mistake wasn’t on our end. If we wanted the gray he would have made it happen, it just so happened we really liked the brown. It was so great working with everyone there, Jim, Greg, and Milo and his team of installers. Very very happy with our new floors and have already picked out some paint samples, so we are very excited for what our kitchen will look like when it’s done!

Ditch the big box stores and visit this establishment. The folks here have carpeted four bedrooms and today installed luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen. Nothing but excellent work and their customer service is on point. We will be utilizing them for the remainder of the flooring in our house.
LL Flooring in Gastonia was wonderful to work with and they had exactly what I was looking for with our remodel! We chose laminate LVP and love it! I’ve had so many compliments! The sales people are so good to work with and are so helpful! They had my flooring in stock so that made it so easy!

This dentist is fantastic! I've recently moved to Gastonia, and because of life stuff I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in about 18 months. I am very particular about who is sticking sharp objects in my mouth. After reading other reviews and seeing that they had been in business for almost 100 years, I figured I'd give it a try. Their appointment making process was easy. I am super impressed with the professionalism and the overall comfortable atmosphere of the office. My hygienist, Dawn, was lovely and compassionate. They didn't try to up sale me on night guards or ridicule my dental hygiene habits. They genuinely care about your oral health and suggest the best options so you can keep your chompers in the best condition. I currently am a cash patient, not having any insurance yet, and they worked with me to stay within the parameters of what would be affordable at the moment. I feel like I've won the dentist lotto!
Love Dr Bass & staff! Dr Bass is excellent in explaining what is happening with my teeth & what she plans to do about it. Her dog, Fender, is the icing on the cake ? He sat in my lap while I had a filling, per my request.

The entire staff is stellar, from Ellen at the front desk, who is the appointment scheduler and jack-of-all-trades, to each dental assistant and hygienist, to the amazing Dr Alice Ann, the care is second to none! Kelly Dentristry uses state-of-the-art equipment and even have a dental lab in house, so many crowns and other dental appliances are made on the spot. They are gentle and caring, and we truly look forward to seeing everyone when we do our six month checkups and cleanings. It is a medium to small practice, so it is intimate and they take excellent care of their us. Quit dreading going to the dentist, make a change and join the happy Kelly Dentistry patients!

Unfortunately I was not numb at multiple times during my procedure. However doctor and hygienist were caring and compassionate, administering more numbing medication every time, even giving me 10 minutes to collect myself at one point due to the pain. The procedure took over 4 hours due to complications. This was by far the most painful experience in my life however everyone did everything they could every time the pain returned to make me comfortable. As much as I am dreading the pain I am looking forward to finishing the remaining procedures to regain my healthy smile.

my entire first chiropractic visit was amazing. from the moment I opened the door, I was greeted with smiling and helpful staff. I felt terrible when I arrived. neck and back pain and I have trauma from my past as well. All of that was released and more yesterday. I am astounded at the way I feel. I had no idea I was actually in a lot of pain because I was used to it. only did I realize this when it was all aligned and I all but skipped outta that place feeling like a million bucks. can't wait for my next appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Jason is the real deal. He has done an incredible job every visit so far. I was here recently seeing another chiropractor elsewhere before I heard about Dr. Jason, but ever since finishing up my first visit with him my back and neck has felt so much better. There was been a huge improvement! My neck feels back to normal and my back feels amazing! The pricing is great and he is primarily focused on the exact areas where the pain is coming from. Dr. Jason takes his time diagnosing the problem and also has lots of great advice for your health and the overall well being of your body!

I have psoriatic arthritis along with the adjustments I get to relieve my pain I also do the Light Therapy. The Light Therapy gets deep into the muscles that are sore or stiff. It works so well within hours I feel great relief and by the next day it's even better. It works for so many hours after the 20 minute treatment.
All the Staff are just wonderful! Every visit is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Cole is just wonderful and helpful.
I've been to many doctors, dentists, and chiropractors over the years and none have helped me as much as Dr. Taulman has. He straightened my hip, realigned my neck and spine so that I'm not in pain daily. He also helped me with my TMJ (jaw problem) where many dentists had failed. Kelly is terrific too! They really go out of their way to help. I'm glad I gave Dr. Taulman a try and highly recommend him.

They will adjust you and crack you and you will feel so much better when you leave that you’ll want to turn around, swipe your card again and go back for more just so you can keep that loving feeling. My new, young rescue boy Finnegan is exceptionally fearful and reactive, yet during his recent visit, which included blood work and a vaccination, he became quite calm and even allowed an exam without complaint. Dr. Toner and her associates charmed him with their gentleness and relaxed manner. This is the right veterinarian practice for Finn, so it definitely is for me, as well.
They're always good to our dogs and patient when they need to be. I trust them with my babies.

Staff and drs here are always very kind and helpful. I took in some strays this year and everyone at this clinic was happy to help give me all I needed to get them up to weight, flea free, and medicated for all the issues stray kittens come with. They also helped with my adult cats and didn’t shame me for my obese cat (though it was responsibly mentioned as he did need an X-ray and all that fat can get in the way lol). I’m fairly new to the area, so I’m happy to find a clinic that has staff that feels just as personable and invested in my pets as they did back in my small country hometown.
This was my 3rd time visiting this location. My favorite part? Maliyah. She has been our vet tech every time and she is the GOAT. She is caring, sincere, clear in her explanations, and never makes us feel rushed. We love Maliyah!
Took very good care of my elderly dog and when it was time to put him to rest they gave us privacy and allowed us to spend time with him. The vet was very supportive and loving.
Really good place to go get your dog groomed. Holly and her husband are really nice and they know how to treat your dog as well.
Linda always takes good care of my fur babies. I KNOW my dog is not the most tolerant with bathing and grooming, but she does a great job. She is the sweetest 100/10 recommend.
I like the Gastonia, NC PetSmart, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only negative is staffing. The checkout line is always long because they only have one cashier. Does this happen because they have job openings but nobody applies to work there? Or is this corporates idea of cutting back on cost? Either way it is annoying to stand in the long checkout line, but that is not the fault of the employees that work there. That cashier probably wishes there was another cashier to help when the checkout line is so long.
These ladies are so sweet & did a fabulous job with my four month old Cocker Spaniel Sam.

I walked in after a haircut appointment in the same area to check it out right when they opened. I was greeted and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I received a great massage from Elizabeth, who was able to find some trouble spots during a deep tissue session. I've had trouble in the past with getting lackluster massages at places like Massage Envy and Zen massage, maybe because they rotate through more inexperienced therapists. At this place, there are a few consistent people and they all maintain their training and technique from what I could tell, as I think I saw them in a training session that morning with a client going over some techniques being taught by the owner. It looks like they had recently increased their prices across the board as the pamphlet had prices crossed out and replaced with higher amounts. Even so, it seemed like a nice treat to splurge on and I would recommend it. I did not notice any excessive noise outside the room like some of the other reviewers mentioned but I could see it being a possibility. An idea would be to install those sound machines outside the doors.

My experience at Benchmark has been better than any other physical therapy center I have been to. The staff has made me feel like part of the family since day 1; they always listen to my concerns and have been so amazing about working with my schedule. I have never once had a bad experience with anybody working there, and I actually look forward to going to PT because of the connections I have made with them. My other experiences with PT have felt more like doctors visits, but Benchmark feels like working out with friends. I appreciate everything the staff at Benchmark has done for me to help me get to the point I am at today.
Going there for the first time I didn't think that I would like it, but after 5 months in, I watch how they interact with their patient and they really care about the people that goes there. They put their heart in what they do. I would tell anyone to go there , they don't rush you or anything, but they do their job and explain why they are doing what they are doing . They are very friendly, EVERYONE speaks to you and tells you bye at the end of your session. They take good care of you, and they show that they do. So Team keep up the Great Works. Now Chris got Great hands ? they work miracles, Marissa is strong she will find the hidden places and the new young lady is good at making sure you are doing your therapy correctly and Scarlet is great at making sure all your insurance is on point for you and getting you the appointment that fits your schedule.i will tell anybody to come there. I love that Team.
