I needed 3 living room windows removed and replaced with a 4 panel slider door. My experience was great from beginning to end. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. Robert Holt, the sales person, came out to look at the house, take some measurements and we discussed the project at length. I received an estimate within a few days. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was then assigned a project manager, Robert Allen, who was great to work with. He kept me informed of the schedule, the delivery of the new door and he was on-site pretty much the whole time that his crew was here. The door installer and door tech, Octavio and Brian were also fantastic. The crew arrived on installation day and took great care of their work area. “Came out to fix a window leak. Took the siding apart found the issue, hopefully corrected the issue. (Won't know until it rains) but they're confident that the tape around the window was the issue. I'd it doesn't work then the cost of the repair comes out if the new window installing price, now that's pretty awesome.<br>Also, this is one of the few companies that actually responded and came out to check. “It’s really like having a brand-new house! We hired Raleigh Windows & Siding to replace the siding and trim on the exterior of our house. The project manager, Andrew, and his crews did a great job with this project. There were specific work crews for each phase of the project. All were respectful of our property and kept work areas organized when they were gone for the day.The process from original estimate to completion was well coordinated and we were lucky that the siding, paint and gutter crews had good weather to complete the job. Andrew was very helpful in suggesting changes that improved the exterior look. For example, removing the eave vents and upgrading existing crawlspace door with a custom PVC door. The choice of pre-painted wood grain texture LP® SmartSide® trim and siding drew positive comments from our neighbors. All throughout the process, Andrew readily answered all our questions.Being an older home, we did encounter some rot. While most was minor and was easily handled by the crew, more extensive rot was encountered around the chimney (woodpeckers are fine birds but seem to love Masonite). The scope of the repair work was a bit more than the siding crew could handle, so Andrew was able to get a framing carpenter to perform the repair and keep us on track.We very highly recommend the work of Raleigh Windows & Siding.“
