Listen, this doctor Michael Ruffolo is the most caring and compassionate doctor ever!!! He literally listens, he doesn't dismiss his patients by sending them home after injecting shots for pain, and he actually calls his patients HIMSELF!! This guy replaced my husband's knee and is an absolute Godsend!!!

Dr. Deol and his staff go above and beyond to be understanding, patient, and informative. You can feel that they truly care about you, what you're going through, your concerns, and your time. From the front desk and administrative staff, to the x-ray technicians, to the the nursing staff, to Dr. Deol himself, everyone cares and you can tell.

I can HIGHLY recommend Dr Neal and I will. I had a horrible experience with another orthopedic organization and had to switch over to Wake Med. Best choice ever! And best choice with Dr Neal! He takes the time to explain everything, answers your questions and listens!!
