TRG is the best there is in the area by far. Our AC went out and they were there on the busiest day (hottest day too) of the year within 24 hours. Their technicians were able to identify the issue and get it resolved and even came back to swap out a bad thermostat a few days later no questions asked. Super friendly and professional, I WILL be recommending them to literally everyone I know in NC that needs HVAC work.
I have been super happy with Triangle Repair Group. I received their information from a friend of mine, after I told him that my air conditioning wasn't cooling.
I requested an appointment through TRG's website. Alex called me promptly and scheduled a service tech to come out and take a look. The tech, Paul, quickly identified the issue (a leaking evap coil on my 2.5-ton Rheem package furnace A/C), showed me what it was, and asked if he could follow up that afternoon with a quote. Paul was terrific and explained things at an appropriate pace.

TRG has been a great company for all my HVAC needs. They stand by their work, and if there is an issue, they make sure it's done right. The technicians have all been very friendly and communicate clearly what may be the issue/resolution. Most recently, Morris came to my house to resolve a warranty issue and was an outstanding person to work with.
