Working with Rachel has been awesome for my post-surgical rehab! Communication is excellent, she truly understands where I'm at and is dialed in to my progress. Her exercise programming is on point and dry needling is very helpful!
I had thrown out my back and was having trouble recovering from it on my own and my doctor recommended the Results PT Garner location, which happens to be right next to my doctor. Rachel has been wonderful -- she listens to any details you might have and was able to quickly identify what the core problem was and even after my first session I was already noticing an improvement. Couple of weeks later and everything feels stable and strong again and at this point I feel like I am back to normal! Highly recommend Rachel and really everyone there. I have seen Lindsay here for a few months and she is great! Very efficient and helpful, understanding and overall encouraging each visit. The other staff here seem excellent as well and everyone is so friendly during my visits.
