I recently worked with JHI Services for a home inspection and was very impressed. He was extremely thorough, checking every part of the property carefully. He explained his findings clearly, which gave me confidence in understanding any potential issues.

We used Jarrett for a new build. He was very thorough and found two major structural issues at our pre-drywall inspection (which I HIGHLY recommend everyone does). We had him come back to re-inspect and found items unaddressed by the builder. We also used him for our pre-close and, again, very thorough and detail-oriented. He gave us pointers for items that were found but not part of the inspection report too. I 1000% recommend JHI.
We felt so at ease when we showed up for our inspection review. Our inspector was so nice and friendly and was extremely thorough. This is our first home so we had a lot of questions and he answered them with ease. You could tell he took his work seriously and had so much experience.
