Shoutout to Johnson Optometric Associates PA! I've never praised a medical office before but my experience with these folks has been over the top. I got an excellent exam and glasses there 3 years ago. I broke the frames a year ago and wandered in to replace them, and the kindly optician waved me over and gave me a new pair, no charge. It wasn't in warranty and he never even took my name; this is just how they roll. Recently both lens became too scratched to use safely, so I wandered in to replace them yesterday. They couldn't replace my glasses without an exam and scheduled me for the first available, in November. (They're very popular and always packed.) An hour later, they called with an opening that afternoon. The doctor from 3 years ago saw me, gave me a thorough exam with great manner and explanations. He handed me sample dry-eye formula and wrote a new prescription. The front desk staff found and billed vision insurance I didn't know I had, and the price was waaaay lower than I expected. I now have shiny new lenses in my trust old frames. Healthcare doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended for anyone needing eye care in Garner. I won't let anyone else care for my eyes.

This was the only office that would take me when I was absolutely desperate because I had a bad eye infection. The receptionist went out of her way to help get me in on such short notice. I had called "myeyedoctor" which was actually my eye doctor and they could not get me in for three days and didn't seem to care. When I went in I barely waited and the doctor saw me with such little wait in the room. My dr was Dr. May and he was extremely friendly and fast. He had me treated and made sure to get me in with a follow up because my eye was so bad. I am feeling much better now and I am just very grateful they let me come in with such short notice.

I don't have much to compare them to, but this office was a delight. They accommodated me last minute, and were extremely friendly the whole time. The doctor I met with was fantastic. The front desk staff was fantastic. The assistants were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly - the whole process was extremely easy. This will definitely be the eye doctor I and my family will use for years to come!
