I've been to this place 3 times since living on this side of town and never had a problem until today. I realize that Saturdays are busy but what got me was that I was seated in the chair for my pedicure amd after an additional 30 mins when the water was cold I looked across and realized that a man that came in 20 mins after me was getting his pedicure. No one came to ask if the water temp was still OK so I put my shoes on and walked out. The 2 stars are because my son got a sprite and I was asked if I wanted something to drink.

My experience while I was in the spa was okay. However, my gel pedicure has three nails where the gel is coming off after only a week. Maybe they didn't cure properly? I'm not sure, and that's not enough for me to leave a bad review on it's own, but I called to resolve the issue and even though they were open it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for them to call me back and that was two days ago. I have heard nothing.

My service was not ideal. The technician was not able to understand because of language barriers. He forgot important steps in my pedicure. I left unsatisfied. However, I have been going to this location for some time now. This was my first time experiencing this and I gave (what I hope to be) constructive feedback on the technician learning experience for his future.
