Biggs has completed a few repairs (mostly emergency off-hours) in the last few years & recently installed a new HVAC system & hot water heater at our home. I've always had speedy, reliable, & trustworthy service. Prices are reasonable & repair/installation processes were thoroughly explained. They've never offered services that weren't needed.
AWESOME! Brian is welcomed addition to the Biggs HVAC work force for us. We have been using Biggs HVAC for our last 2 HVAC systems, as well as most recently for a latest system which is a Lenox Elite 3ton unit with 2 Zones and a Dehumidifier installation for our crawl space as well as sealing the crawl space. We have been pleased with their work and the service personnel, and Brian has continued the great personable service. Their service kept our previous Trane system running for a long time.
These guys are the best. Genuinely nice people who have your best interest in mind. I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell me. I especially appreciate Jay the plumber who spends extra time giving me tips on how to maintain my equipment to keep it working well and who’s fun to chat with!
