We contacted Tracy based on a recommendation from a friend. Our dog had an accident on the carpet in our brand new home and we wanted to try getting it professionally cleaned before we went with replacing it. Tracy was responsive and was at my house within 2 days to clean it. He was on time, professional, and quick. By the time he left I couldn’t see any trace of the stain and the room smelled great. He even went over the rug at my front door which was a great bonus since my cats and dog love to lay there. Tracey did a great job cleaning our upholstered dining chairs. He arrived on time, was very professional, & wore a mask.
