Instructor to student ratio is very high, too many students..not enough driving instructors on the lot and not enough trucks available for student to train in. Ten student practicing and all sharing on one truck is ridiculous. We are on the field for 8 hours but I have to wait my turn, and only able to get in the truck to practice maneuvers 2 times a day. Kudos to my trainers and the 160 staff, especially McKenzia, Shelly, Reuben, Oz, and others. They took me from nearly no knowledge to a successful graduate with CDL-A, serious backing skills, and with tanker/hazmat endorsements! I got hired by Schneider within a week of my graduation.Keep up the great work, everyone Your passion for your students' successes is the best gift you offer!
