Stepping Out On Faith Hair

I really tried to like this place and I think it really depends on what's important to you as a customer. If your looking for value great spot, overall hair results 4/5. But a huge pet peeve of mine is timeliness. The last 3/4 times I've been here there is always a timing issue resulting in long waits. Tramaine juggles too many people.

This past time I waited for about 40 minutes when I asked when she would be ready for me. I then asked if tomorrow morning would work better after I knew there was no way she would get to me in 15 minutes with one lady waiting and another in her chair. It was insulting when she suggested 6am on a Saturday.

I know I'm not there typical client and they were about to close when I called and asked if I could just get a couple of French braids.. She stayed and waited for me to come and it came out perfect. I can't wait for her to braid my hair again.
