Wayne is not only a great plumber but is truly a gentleman and overall nice guy. You’ll receive prompt service and he calls when he’s on his way to your house. He’s very courteous and will wear shoe covers when in your home. He has worked on just about every faucet and toilet in our home and most recently flushed out our tankless hot water heater which is something many folks forget about doing. I can’t recommend Plumbing Solutions more highly.

Wayne is the epitome of great customer service. I reached out to explain the issues with our bathrooms and he was able to identify via phone that it was a septic issue and recommended a couple of local companies to call for septic concerns. He reached out several times via email to see if we had addressed the problem. Thank the good Lord for people like Wayne and the team at Hardee's Septic. We were able to get our septic tank addressed in the nick of time. Thank you Wayne for the referral!

It's the middle of Thanksgiving holiday week, I had just finished a bathroom and kitchen remodel, guests come in today, there's clean up to do of the junk from the remodel and my hot water just gave out. Not a good scenario with guests coming to stay at your house two days before thanksgiving.

I called Plumbing Solutions and thank God, they had an opening. Wayne, came in and he was amazing. He didn't take advantage of the fact that we were under pressure due to the holidays to try and make money, He correctly assessed the matter, saw that thermostats on our water heater needed change and quickly solved it.
