Outstanding, outstanding. Mr. Norman was on time, professional and very knowledgeable in his skills. Went to troubleshooting and explaining what the problem was in terms a laymen could understand. Fixed the problem in a very short time and had my heat working. I was even more pleased with the final cost. I highly recommend Norman's Heating and Cooling, LLC. to all my veteran friends. Ronald just left my house after our unit kept blowing fuses and figured out the problem in less than 10 minutes. He then stayed for another 2 and a half hours on the phone with ecobee tech support since the system wasn't running up to his standard to fix the issue. The price then came in at a fraction of what I was expecting so I cannot recommend him enough. I highly recommend.
We have been using Norman's Heating and Cooling for 10 years. The owner, Ronald Norman, put in a commercial grade filtering system for my husband's custom cigar lounge. After meeting with many HVAC companies, Ronald Norman was the only guy who knew how to do it. His work was/is amazing. It even impressed the inspector who came out to be sure everything was done according to code. The owner, Ronald Norman, is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. My husband is very picky about who he chooses to work on our house. He says Ronald is one of his favorite people to work with because he never has to worry about the quality of work.
