I am beyond happy with Calliber Collison (Fuquay-Varina). From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience to what is customarily not a very pleasant event. No one plans to get into an accident or have their vehicle damaged. From the moment I called Calliber to request info to the moment I picked up my car everyone from Lisa and the ladies at the front desk to Matt, my mechanic, were extremely helpful, flexible, and courteous. I was kept up to date with the progress of my repairs and was never made to feel like a nuisance for calling to request additional updates or ask questions. Thank you Caliber Collision for the awesome job you did on my truck...and so fast..it only took 1 week to get it back...AND...not only does it look new they also washed..vacuumed my truck which is something I HATE to do..I wasn't expecting the extra care and professionalism...they all obviously love their jobs and go that extra mile that you don't expect anymore!!! The ladies in the office are very helpful and very nice!!! If ever I need work done on my truck there will no deciding who will get my business!!
