Oh my goodness!! I CANNOT say enough about the kind, caring, professional staff at Merle Norman. My 10 year old daughter just got her ears pierced there and it was a wonderful experience! She was anxious about having it done, after her ears previously got infected from having it done somewhere else.
The staff went over and above to ease her anxiety. Explaining the whole procedure at length and even allowed her to hold the piercing gun!!
The fact that they do simultaneous piercing was the BEST! It was over SO quickly!
