Have been going to Tar River since 1990. All my animals have been taken care of by Dr Goldman, she's a great Veterinarian. I recently found out that one of her staff passed away last year ... Eileen and she will be greatly missed as she was a very kind person to the animals and people that came in for help. Dr Goldman cares so much about animals care that she has been doing the low cost vaccines at the Franklin county animal shelter on some Saturdays for many many years. I thank her for her dedication!
I am a bit biased when it comes to Veterinarian Dr. Elyse Goldman since she has attended each and every pet our family has had since 1988 even before she established Tar River Veterinary hospital ( she was working with another veterinarian in some capacity out of college when we met). Many years later I still trust Tar River Veterinary to help me take care of my fur-bearing dependants which recently includes two new wee kitties. They are super kind to my older dog and the staff Dr. Goldman selects to be there have always shown patience, compassion, and intelligence. I have been bringing Gabby and Jade here for years the staff are always so nice and it’s so cute when the cats are out and about. Jamie does an amazing job with our doggos hair. I recommend this place to everyone :)
