She listened to what I wanted, walked me through her process before we began, and checked in with me repeatedly to make sure I was comfortable. My hair is thick and there’s a lot of it, so it’s a pretty lengthy process. Ayanna was efficient but didn’t cut corners at all and made sure to be diligent with each step. She’s amazing to talk to and you can tell she really cares about what she does. I will definitely be back :)I added photos of my hair the day after (because I wanted to show it in the sunlight!)“

“I have visited the spa many times for facials but this was my first visit for a haircut. I am extremely happy with how AshMarie listened to my concerns about my hair. She really paid attention to what I said and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. There is no doubt that I will return to her for my hair needs. Also the salon is so beautiful, relaxing and private. You don't get the feeling that everyone is watching you get your hair done.

“I always get treated well here and get a great cut. However I wanted to call attention to the helpfulness of the staff. My last visit I bought hair product but accidentally left it on a chair before I left. I was out of town for over a week and didn’t realize I had done this until later. Thinking the chances they remember me or what I did was slim, I didn’t bother trying to go back to ask. On my next visit for a cut, I thought I’d at least ask, but didn’t have high hopes as it was my fault completely. Well, I didn’t have to ask. They must have seen my name when I pre-registered because as soon as I walked in I was greeted by name and with my product they must have been holding until my return.
