“I always get treated well here and get a great cut. However I wanted to call attention to the helpfulness of the staff. My last visit I bought hair product but accidentally left it on a chair before I left. I was out of town for over a week and didn’t realize I had done this until later. Thinking the chances they remember me or what I did was slim, I didn’t bother trying to go back to ask. On my next visit for a cut, I thought I’d at least ask, but didn’t have high hopes as it was my fault completely. Well, I didn’t have to ask. They must have seen my name when I pre-registered because as soon as I walked in I was greeted by name and with my product they must have been holding until my return.
